Straightforward, but with a hint of elegance – that’s the Meerdaal. The leaf-inspired lace pattern at both ends of the scarf transitions seamlessly into the main stockinette section, making sure you can dress it both down and up as you wish. The pattern includes 4 sizes of the pattern: a regular or long scarf and a small or large wrap. But you can easily adapt the final measurements to your own preferences.

The kit contains:

- the necessary amount of Fonty Nimbus (100 % French/Portuguese Merino) (50 g / 150 m) (wrap sample is worked in colour 0712)
- pdf pattern

- 4.5 mm interchangeable circular needles and cable of 80 cm (+ € 11.75)

NIMBUS is a 4-ply yarn, soft, elegant and subtle, full of character and very pleasant to knit. It is a beautiful combed yarn made from a blend of two extraordinary 100% merino fibers: Arles Merino (Mérinos d'Arles), fleece from a breed of sheep raised in the French Mediterranean plains of Camargue and the Crau, and the Merino from Portugal, from farms in the Alentejo in southern Portugal, both already used in the FADO range. An initially mixed mixture (ecru and brown) is then dyed in Fonty's workshops. Thanks to this process, the NIMBUS color card is characterized by a range of more than 20 mottled colors, with a gray undertone and deep density. NIMBUS can be washed by hand with or without fabric softener, without spinning and preferably laid flat to dry.
