Shipping and delivery

Shipping can be done in 3 ways:
†Collection at the studio in Berlaar by appointment. Indicate 'Pick up' with your order. After completing the payment/finishing of your order, Apella Knits will contact you to arrange a time for collection.
†Delivery via BPost in Belgium (€ 5.70). With this option, your package will be delivered to the specified address.
†Delivery via BPost at a collection point (€4.70). After completing the payment/finishing of your order, Apella Knits will contact you to arrange a BPost collection point where your package can be delivered.
Packages are only delivered in Belgium. Would you like to place an order from another country? Please contact apella.knits@gmail.com
With a purchase amount from € 100.00, delivery in Belgium is free.
Products in stock are shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Orders placed Saturday through Orders completed on Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday, orders completed from Wednesday to Friday will be shipped on Saturday. If you urgently need your product, please contact us.
When your package is ready for shipment, you will receive a track & trace code by email.
The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days from the moment of delivery to BPost. Apella Knits is not liable for any delays in the final delivery.
Apella Knits is not liable for loss, damage or theft during shipment.
Products ordered via pre-order will be shipped according to the delivery period stated on the website. If this period is delayed by more than 14 days, Apella Knits will contact the consumer. The consumer then has the right to cancel the order and request a refund, as long as the product has not yet been sent to the consumer.

Customized products are delivered according to the agreed delivery time. When the product is finished, Apella Knits will contact you to discuss delivery.
